Ava Danyal Bhamani is an educator, entrepreneur, and fitness enthusiast with a passion for helping others become the strongest version of themselves both physically and mentally.

As the Head of the Junior Campus at Hampton School and a Sociology teacher, Ava has dedicated her career to inspiring growth, resilience, and confidence in the next generation. Outside the classroom, her lifelong commitment to health and fitness led her to create Ava Athletics.

Ava Athletics is more than activewear it’s a community built on strength, discipline, and self-belief. Her mission is to inspire women to train with confidence, push beyond their limits, and embrace the journey of becoming their best selves.
